PURCHASING

We provide our service to you on the following terms and conditions.

  • By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • All prices quoted on the site are quoted in Australian dollars and include Australian goods and service tax.
  • You have familiarised yourself with our delivery information and returns policy.
  • The site or any portions of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated , copied or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted.

ONLINE ORDERING ON THIS WEBSITE

By ordering with Cupitt’s Estate, you declare that you are over the age of 18 years.

Online ordering is provided in good faith, but Cupitt’s Estate does not guarantee its performance or availability;

Online ordering may be unavailable from time to time for regularly scheduled maintenance and or upgrades;

There are inherent hazards in electronic distribution and as such Cupitt’s Estate cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between you and Cupitt’s Estate including orders, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, Cupitt’s Estate will not be liable for any losses which you suffer as a result of on-line ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders.

Cupitt’s Estate reserves the right to terminate your order if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of Cupitt’s Estate services, or violated these terms and conditions.

FORMS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES

We will only store your email address if you send us a message or provide it via a form on our website. Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent (which may be given by you in the act of filling in a form and this will be clearly indicated). Your email address may be used to invite you to join a mailing list directly related to your purchase or enquiry at Cupitt’s Estate.

This site does not provide facilities for the secure transmission of information across the internet. Users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the internet.

All care has been taken in preparing this website but no responsibility can be taken for errors and omissions. Prices and details may be subject to amendment without notice due to price fluctuations of raw commodities. Cupitt’s Estate makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site. Cupitt’s Winery will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages.

COOKIES

This web site may use cookies as a part of a search, online sales, or poll. No personal information is stored in these cookies.

DELIVERY AND COST

Deliveries are booked on business days Mondays to Fridays with Fastway Couriers. Any orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Although Cupitt’s Estate is open during weekends and public holidays delivery is not possible outside of standard working hours. All orders placed after 12pm on a Friday before a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next available working day.

Cupitt’s Estate only delivers within Australia.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cupitt’s Estate cannot exchange or refund goods.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that once you order has been placed, there will be no changes or cancellations permitted under any circumstances. Therefore it is important to make sure that you have double checked all details on you order including names, addresses, dates and card messages. Remembering to include a delivery address which is attended during business hours for receipt of your delivery.

In the instance of Wine Club memberships, members are subject to the Terms & Conditions stipulated for cancellationshere

GOODS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

Cupitt’s Estate is not responsible for goods damaged in transit but will consider any claims made if they are made within 24 hours upon delivery of goods. Your claim must be supported by photographic evidence. If you wish to claim you order as damaged on delivery, please email us photo’s of the damaged goods.

IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER

We want your online experience with us to be easy and enjoyable. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received please contact us immediately using the information published on our contact page.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES

All complaints should be made to Cupitt’s Estate by email or by phone.

We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and investigate the complaint immediately. We will keep you fully informed during the investigation and endeavour to resolve all disputes within a few days. If necessary a full refund or exchange will be offered.

If you have any comments on how we may improve our service please do not hesitate to contact us.

PLEASE NOTE

You are solely responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods once they are in your possession and or the product has been left at the delivery address.

We do not include invoices in any deliveries. A separate email will be sent to you with the attached invoice after the order is placed.our Terms and Conditions here
