Hospitality & Guest Experience:Jay-Leigh thrived during the busy summer season, gaining confidence in the restaurant and bar, connecting with guests from around the world, and learning the art of hospitality firsthand.
A Taste for Winemaking:Her journey took her behind the scenes into winery operations, where she discovered a passion for winemaking. Working alongside our vintage crew, she got hands-on with the magic (and hard work) that turns grapes into exceptional wine. She returned for her second vintage in 2025.
Grounds & Maintenance:From learning to drive machinery to problem-solving outdoor projects, Jay-Leigh’s experience on the grounds team taught her resilience, adaptability, and the satisfaction of tackling real-world challenges.
