At Cupitt’s Estate, we hope that our experiences and services are inclusive for all. We want everyone to feel welcome and able to enjoy what we love most, sharing rich stories, seasonal food, and wine in a relaxed environment surrounded by the beauty of the South Coast.

Accessibility means different things to different people, and while we’re continually improving, we’ve outlined what you can expect right now to help plan your visit with confidence.

Getting here

  • We have accessible parking close to the main entrances.
  • Need a lift? We can point you to local transport options that guests trust.

Moving around the Estate

  • Our main spaces, the accommodation, restaurant, cellar door, and wine garden, all have step-free access
  • Our Wine Garden has two sections:
  • Upper Wine Garden – closest to the bar and bathroom facilities, with step-free access.
  • Lower Wine Garden – located on the lawn, accessible via steps or a grassy hill. This area is less suitable for guests with mobility needs.

If accessibility is important for your visit, we recommend requesting a table in the Upper Wine Garden when booking. Our team will be happy to assist.

  • Accessible bathrooms are available.
  • We keep an eye on pathways and seating layouts to make sure they work for wheelchairs, prams, and mobility devices.

Staying with us

  • One of our villas is designed with accessibility in mind. It has step-free entry, wide doorways, and a bathroom set up for guests with mobility needs.

Food & wine experiences

  • Our menus and wine lists are available digitally on the website, so you can zoom in or use a screen reader.
  • Dietary needs and allergies are always taken seriously, with close communication between the kitchen and front-of-house.
  • If you prefer a quieter space or smaller group for tastings, just let us know, we’ll make it happen.
  • Our experiences are sensory and storytelling-driven, which many vision-impaired guests tell us they especially enjoy.
