Gap Year 2025

This program is perfect for someone leaving high school who would like a gap year before committing to a particular study option or travel and is interested in the tourism and hospitality industry. We will commit to training you in a variety of areas throughout our business during the year, leaving you with a varied skill set.

You will work your way through various areas of the business throughout the year - Kitchen, Front of House, Cellar Door, Winery, Brewery, Administration, Finance, Event Management, Marketing and Grounds and Maintenance.

If you’re a passionate and motivated chef who can mentor and inspire others through a genuine love for cooking and service, we are looking for you! 

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a team that enjoys coming to work each day and creating beautiful dishes for our restaurant and al fresco guests on the deck and lawn. You’ll be helping to build a customer-centric culture through your passion and dedication to the customer experience at all times. To round out our senior kitchen leadership team, we need another positive, empowering, and collaborative people leader who can build strong relationships by working alongside apprentices, junior team members, and other chefs.

If you’re a passionate and motivated chef who can mentor and inspire others through a genuine love for cooking and service, we are looking for you! 

Come and work in one of the most beautiful locations to use your culinary experience, knowledge, passion, and creativity to provide excellent food service to customers. Work in a positive, empowering and collaborative kitchen, focusing on high standards, efficient service and section control in the preparation, cooking, and service of food. We have a role available for a Chef de partie or Commis Chef.

We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant.

We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant. This busy role involves dish-washing, ingredient prep, and kitchen clean-downs, all while adhering to strict food hygiene and safety practices.

Essential Criteria:

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Good physical health and stamina for up to 6 hours on your feet

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently

- Previous kitchen hand experience is a plus

- Availability on weekends, evenings, and school holidays
