We’re growing our hospitality team, with opportunities across our Dining Room, Wine Garden, Bar and Cellar Door.
Whether you’ve worked in hospitality for years or you’re just getting started, what matters most to us is your attitude. We’re looking for warm, energetic and reliable people who enjoy being part of a team, are willing to learn and genuinely care about giving guests a great experience.
And because Cupitt’s is a working winery, there’s plenty to learn along the way – from wine training and regular tastings to learning directly from our winemaking team.
You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. Bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn, and we’ll help you grow from there.

Work in a highly rated winery restaurant
Chef de Partie
If you’re a chef who cares about great food, wants to keep developing your skills and likes being part of a strong kitchen team, there’s plenty to get excited about at Cupitt’s Estate.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on the NSW South Coast.
Cupitt’s is a little different to your typical restaurant kitchen. We’re part of a working winery and farm, with an award-winning Dining Room, relaxed Wine Garden, weddings and events all on the one property. It means there’s variety in what we do and plenty of opportunity to learn, contribute and grow.
You’ll work alongside experienced chefs who care about produce, seasonality and making genuinely good food. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about wine and understand how food, wine and the overall guest experience come together.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in managing their own section through prep and service. You’ll take ownership of your section, maintain consistently high standards and be someone the rest of the team can rely on.
Just as importantly, we want someone who works well with people. Someone who is positive, hardworking and willing to learn; who sees what needs doing and gets on with it; and who is happy to help the team, solve problems and adapt when service gets busy.
There’s room here to keep developing your craft, take on more responsibility and learn from a team with a lot of experience to share.
