Commis Chef – Full-Time
Love cooking? Want to grow in a kitchen that values creativity, care and great local food? We’re on the lookout for a motivated Commis Chef to join our team at Cupitt’s Estate. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn from experienced chefs, support daily kitchen operations, and take pride in producing beautiful dishes for our guests, whether they’re dining in the restaurant or enjoying a relaxed lunch on the lawn.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, positive kitchen culture that values people as much as produce. We’re looking for someone who’s organised, passionate, curious, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
What we’re looking for:
A love of food and a willingness to learn
Strong foundational cooking skills and attention to detail

Good communication and time management

Casual Cook
At Cupitt’s Estate, we believe in creating beautiful dishes and memorable experiences in a welcoming, positive environment. If you’re passionate about cooking and looking to grow in your culinary career, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone with experience in a kitchen or a strong passion for cooking, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves preparing and cooking dishes with care and enthusiasm, as well as an eagerness to learn from a talented team of chefs in a collaborative environment.
