On 22 May, Cupitt’s Estate is bringing together some of the Shoalhaven’s finest producers for a very special collaboration dinner: La Dolce Vita — the sweet life, South Coast style.
Think: three generous courses crafted with heart, a glass of beautiful local wine, plenty of laughter, and shared moments that linger long after the last dish has been cleared.
It’s all part of the Shoalhaven’s Celebration of Food Month, and trust us — you’ll want a seat at the table.

For one night only, we’re teaming up with an incredible crew of local legends who share our passion for slow food, community spirit, and celebrating the good things in life:
Lagom Bakery
Based in Burrill Lake, Lagom Bakery is known for its artisan breads and heavenly pastries. Its approach is simple but powerful: use the best ingredients, respect traditional methods, and never rush the process. Every loaf tells a story of craftsmanship and care, and you’ll be tasting that magic on the night.
Milk Haus
Nestled in a lovingly restored old dairy in Woodstock, Milk Haus champions honest, wholefood cooking with a focus on local and seasonal produce. Kitty and Nat’s ethos is all about nourishing the body and soul — their garden-to-plate philosophy shines through in every vibrant, flavour-packed dish they create.
Mountain Ridge Farm
A true South Coast gem, Mountain Ridge Farm in Conjola produces small-batch, free-range cured meats inspired by traditional European methods. Their bresaola, capocollo, lonza, and nduja (originating from Calabria) will bring rich, savoury notes to the table, celebrating the art of slow food and quality produce.
Duro Pasta
Duro Pasta is all about simple, honest, handmade pasta — the way Nonna would do it. Created with Australian flour and traditional Italian techniques, their pasta delivers authentic texture and flavour with every bite. Duro’s dedication to the craft will help bring that true Italian spirit to our La Dolce Vita menu.
