WINE TASTINGS & TOURS

What are your cellar door hours?

We’re open for wine tastings from 11am to 5pm daily. Last tastings kick off at 4:30pm.Explore tastings

Do I need to book a wine tasting?

We recommend it, especially on weekends or public holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when we can accommodate, but bookings ensure we have a spot ready for you.Book a tasting

Can I buy your wines online?

Absolutely. Shop our full rangehere. We ship Australia-wide.

Can I visit the winery?

Yes, book the Tour & Taste experience Wed, Fri or Sat at 11 am. $60pp.

Do you offer group tastings?

Yes! If you're planning to visit with a group of 8 or more, please get in touch via ourGroups & Events pageso we can tailor the experience.

Is there a fee to do a wine tasting?

Wine Club Members and their guests taste for free. Otherwise, it’s $15pp (or waived with 2+ bottle purchases).

Can I do a wine tasting during my restaurant booking?

We suggest doing a tasting before or after your meal. Or try our self-guided tasting flight at your table. Our servers are more than happy to assist you if you want to sample some of our wines by the glass. 

Can I drink takeaway wine on-site?

No, wines purchased at the Cellar Door are for takeaway only. Please purchase wines from the bar for on-site enjoyment.


DINING

What are your restaurant hours?

Lunch:Wednesday to Sunday from 11.45am

Dinner:Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5:30pm

Do I need to book a table?

We do accept walk-ins, but we recommend booking, especially on weekends.Book online here.

Can I bring my kids?

Of course! We’re a family-run estate and welcome families. We’ve got kids' meals, high chairs and plenty of space for little ones to explore.

Do you offer casual food?

Yes, our Wine Gardenoperates on weekends and holidays with a relaxed menu.

What’s the dress code?

Smart casual in the restaurant. Casual attire (with shoes!) is fine outdoors.

Can I BYO cake?

Yes, with a $3.50pp cakeage fee. Or order our house-made chocolate cake ($50, 48 hours' notice). Ask us for options.

Do you cater to dietary needs?

Yes, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available. Let us know when booking.

Is there a surcharge?

Yes, 10% weekends, 15% public holidays. Credit card surcharge: 1.5% (credit), 0.8% (debit).

Do you offer takeaway food?

Occasionally for pizza, check with the team. Beer and wine are available at the Cellar Door.


ACCOMMODATION

When is check-in/check-out?

Check-in: 3–5pm. Check-out: 10am.View villas

Is there parking and Wi-Fi?

Yes each villa has designated parking and complimentary Wi-Fi are included.

Do the villas have cooking facilities?

There is a microwave but no stovetop or oven. Each has a kitchenette and essentials for a comfy stay.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, guests receive a breakfast hamper with house-baked sourdough and other goodies. 

Is Coffee included?

Yes each villa has locally roasted coffee in villa, it’s a pour over. (Tear the bag along the dotted line, stretch out the arms and hang it over your mug. Slowly pour 200-250mL of boiled water over the grounds). Barista made coffee is available from the bar after 9am. 

Can children or pets stay?

Kids under 12 can use the sofa bed, we have cots available for under 2. Villas are not pet-friendly, but the Farmhouse is.

Can I entertain in my villa?

Registered guests only. No parties allowed. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.

When will my villa be serviced?

For stays 3+ nights, we provide a mid-stay service. Otherwise, serviced on check-out.


WEDDINGS & EVENTS

Do you host weddings?

Can I host a private event or celebration?

Definitely. Email events@cupittsestate.com.au for availability.

Do you have group dining policies?

Yes shared-style menus for groups 10+ in the restaurant. For groups in the lawn bar, call us to arrange.

Is there live music?

Every Sunday, 12:30–3:30pm and many Fridays. Most are free unless ticketed. Visit theWhat’s Onpage


PETS, ACCESS & TRANSPORT

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes, dogs are welcome in garden areas on leads. Not allowed in the restaurant, deck, or cellar door.

Is the estate accessible?

Yes, most areas are accessible, including a wheelchair-friendly villa.

Do you have a courtesy bus?

No, but taxis, Ubers and Shoalhaven Passenger Service are available locally.

Do you have parking?

Yes, ample free parking is available on-site.


WINE CLUB & WHOLESALE

Is there a joining fee?

No. A 6 bottle buy in for the first purchase and an ongoing committment to a a regular delivery (every 4 months) all wiht a 20% discount.

Can I buy wholesale?

Retail via Cellar Door. For wholesale, email our sales team at steve@cupitt.com.au.


POLICIES & OTHER QUESTIONS

What if I’m running late?

We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes. Call us on (02) 4455 7888 if delayed.

How do I cancel a booking?

Use the link in your confirmation email, or call us directly.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please cancel more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25pp charge.

Do you cater for allergies?

We do our best, but cross-contamination is possible. Please inform us and carry any necessary medication.

Do you charge a service fee?

Tips are at your discretion and shared among the whole team.
