A Cupitt’s Estate twist on the classic Tom Collins, this cocktail is his spicy cousin, Jerry Collins.

Delicious and packed with the warming qualities of spiced rum, you’ll want to try it this winter weekend!

Build these ingredients over ice into your glass & serve immediately - yum!

45 ml Sailor Jerry rum (or your favourite spiced rum)

30 ml fresh lime juice

15 ml simple sugar syrup

Top up with ginger ale

Garnish with a wedge of lime
