This incredible Makrut Lime Gin Gimlet cocktail is the perfect zesty delight for all Gin lovers out there. It's surprisingly easy to infuse your own gin, feel free to get creative and use your favourite fruits!

In this Gimlet recipe we've used the Makrut Limes from our own garden - YUM!

To Infuse Your Gin

Get a bottle of your favourite dry, classic Gin. Peel the skin off 2 makrut limes and let the skins sit in the sealed Gin bottled for at least 6 hours. We recommend keeping them in overnight if you're after a stronger flavour.

To Make Your Gimlet


60ml Infused Gin

30ml Makrut Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup


Makrut Lime Leaves or Lime Wheel to Garnish


Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until the shaker turns cool.

Strain, serve, garnish & sip on your delicious & delightful cocktail!
