Ingredients:
- 45ml dry gin
- 15ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml raspberry syrup
- Dash of aquafaba
- Splash of Prosecco
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine dry gin, St Germain Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and aquafaba.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
