We’re joining the party for Australia’s first Fiano Day! Fiano is an ancient Italian grape that has found a natural home in Australia, and our Fiano comes from the Hilltops region in NSW, where the climate is ideal for Italian varieties. It’s versatile, vibrant and food-friendly, whether crisp and citrusy with oysters or textural and nutty with pasta and chicken. No wonder it’s one of the fastest-growing grapes in the country. We have launched a spring menu that celebrates South Coast living with seasonal dishes designed for sharing. Showcasing the best of NSW — from Yamba prawns and Hawkesbury Sommerlad chicken to Riverina beef, Gundagai lamb, and Ulladulla-caught tuna and snapper — every plate is crafted to pair with Cupitt’s wines and spark connection at the table.

Cupitt's has a fresh new look this spring. Our wines now sit in three families: Signature, Classic and Festive, each with its own style. Featuring artwork by local artist Alicia Birch, every bottle reflects the beauty of the South Coast and our passion for small-batch winemaking.

Join Head Winemaker Wally Cupitt for 'The Winemakers Way', a behind-the-scenes vineyard and winery experience as part of the 2025 Meet the Maker Festival. You’ll explore Cupitt’s Estate from vine to wine, finishing in our wine cave with a guided tasting of six new release wines, a museum wine and a grazing platter to share. Ask questions, hear stories, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon immersed in the world of winemaking. Tickets are $80pp. Runs Saturday 13 September at 2pm.
