NSW Wine Month at Cupitt’s Estate

November is NSW Wine Month, a four-week celebration of the wines, people and places that make our state so special. Across the month, you’ll find tastings, dinners and events showcasing the diversity and creativity of New South Wales winemaking.

We’re proud to be part of the line-up again this year, representing the South Coast at Sydney Cellar Door at The Rocks. Join us on Saturday, 8 and Sunday, 9 November to taste wines from across the state, meet the makers, and discover new favourites. Back home at Cupitt’s, we’re hosting a one-night-only Italian Wine Dinner on Wednesday, 12 November in collaboration with Lowe Wines and The Zin House from Mudgee.

Set overlooking our rolling hills and Milton countryside, this event Vino Italiano: From Milton to Mudgee,will celebrate six Italian varietals grown in NSW, paired with six courses from our kitchen in partnership with TheZin house, Mudgee. It’s a shared-table experience that brings together two family-run producers who share a love for sustainable farming, Italian grape varieties, and the joy of food and wine enjoyed together.

Expect dishes like zucchini flowers with whipped ricotta, Snowy Mountain trout pasta, and Rangers Valley beef rib, paired with varietals such as Vermentino, Arneis, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Over dinner, David Lowe, Kim Currie, Rosie and Wally Cupitt will share stories of place, provenance and passion, and why these Italian grapes are shaping the future of Australian wine.
