Winter is here, and we are thrilled to announce the release of our sensational new winter menu! We've curated a selection of delectable dishes to warm your heart and satisfy your cravings during the chilly months. As we cater to a discerning audience of food and wine enthusiasts, we've taken special care to create a delicious, seasonal, full-of-flavour menu complemented by our carefully chosen red and white wine and beer pairings, including new-release wine and beer made on-site. A Memorable Start

To begin your gastronomic adventure, we have our classic seafood starters freshly shucked Appellation Oysters with Cucumber Vinaigrette, Crumbed Oysters with Garden Tabasco and Marie Rose, and Crab Toast with Fish Roe and Chives. 

Enticing Entrees

Indulge in our enticing entrees, such as the Seared Scallops with Charred Floretto and Orange Beurre Blanc, accompanied by the delightful 2021 Grüner Veltiner. The warm celeriac terrine's earthy and slightly sweet flavours, infused with Ras al Hanout and Buttermilk, perfectly match 2021 Fiano. Try the Octopus Carpaccio with Charred Onion, Leek Ash, and Paprika & Sherry Vinegar Dressing for a burst of Mediterranean flavours, accompanied by a crisp 2021 Bout a Bout.

Main Course Delights

Our main courses will satisfy your cravings for heartier fare. The Roasted Miso Glazed Cauliflower with Jerusalem Artichokes, Tahini, Golden Raisins, and Toasted Sesame is a must-try for a vegan option. Pair it with either our 2021 Chardonnay, or our Tempranillo from the same Vintage, which beautifully complements the dish. Another standout is the Confit Chicken Maryland in Fenugreek Oil, served with Black Barley, Tuscan Kale, and Harissa. We recommend our 2022 Golden Child for a white wine pairing or 2021 Syrah for red lovers. The Vienna Lager also elevates the flavours of this aromatic and robust dish, and is a fantastic beer pairing.

The Pan Roast Monkfish with Greenwheat Freekeh, Eggplant, Toum, and Lemon Vinaigrette is a delightful choice for seafood lovers. Accompany it with a glass of our 2020 Roussane or our 2021 Nebiollo for a harmonious pairing. The Braised and Seared Pork Scotch with Roasted Napa, Prunes, Walnuts, and Boudin Noir Crumble is an irresistible option. Enhance the experience with a new release of the 2021 Merlot, or a glass of 2022 Viogneir. The dish has also been expertly paired with our 'Rum n Raisin' Ale, which is available exclusively on tap this season.

The Showstopper

Our Chargrilled Grass-Fed O'Connor Bistecca alla Fiorentina served with Roasted Beetroot and Garlic, and drizzled with Dusty Dog Shiraz Jus, is a true showstopper. Designed for sharing, this 1kg steak is a carnivore's dream. For an ideal wine pairing, we recommend the sumptuous Somet Des Collines Cabernet Merlot, an excellent choice to complement the robust flavours of the dish. Our 2021 Fiano is also a fabulous pairing for the dish, if you prefer a white wine.

Sweet Endings

Complete your winter feast with our irresistible desserts. Indulge in the Ricotta Loukoumades with Local Bimble Box Honey Syrup, Pistachios, Lemon Myrtle & Cinnamon Sugar, perfectly paired with a luscious Botrytis Viognier. Our chefs have created the perfect dessert that ticks all the dietary boxes, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and delicious. You will love the Bruleed chocolate “torte”, red wine poached pear, and hazelnut.
