Changing Things Up at Cupitt’s: Our New Spring Menu

Spring is a season of fresh beginnings, and at Cupitt’s we’ve taken that to heart with our new menu. We’ve always believed wine should be generous in flavour and food should be about connection, and this spring we’ve brought those ideas together in a way that reflects our lifestyle on the South Coast.

The new menu is designed for sharing, a laid-back, vibrant style of dining that encourages you to try a little bit of everything while discovering new wines along the way. For us, sharing food isn’t just about the table; it’s about conversation, connection, and enjoying the moment.

Our commitment to sourcing incredible NSW produce is at the heart of it all. ThinkYamba prawns, Hawkesbury Sommerlad chicken, Riverina beef, Gundagai lamb, Ulladulla tuna and snapper, produce that speaks of place and season, and that we’re proud to showcase on the plate.

And then there’s the showstopper: our rib eye on the bone. It’s the dish that gets the whole table leaning in richly marbled, cooked over flame grill, and finished with jus and red wine butter. It’s generous, it’s indulgent, and it’s made for sharing. If there’s one plate that sums up the spirit of our new menu, this is it.

Of course, if you prefer the classic entrée–main style, the menu still works beautifully that way too. It’s all about choice and making sure everyone feels at home.

We’ve seen over the years how much our guests love the relaxed vibe of shared plates. Staff often talk about the energy it brings to the dining room:

“When guests share, they’re more adventurous with food and wine. They try things they wouldn’t usually order, and it’s fun to guide them through that experience.”– Ghia, Front of House Manager.

“It’s the kind of menu we’d want to eat ourselves. Seasonal, vibrant, and perfect with just about every wine or a bottle of something special from the cellar.”Executive Chef Jon Pryor

The South Coast climate and produce are at the heart of this menu from fresh seafood to garden vegetables and local farm suppliers, every dish reflects the season and the place we call home.

So whether you’re grazing with friends, celebrating something special, or simply enjoying a glass of wine with a few plates to share, our spring menu is here to make it memorable.
