For the past seven years, I've had the honour of serving as the People, Culture, and Safety Manager for this vibrant and growing business. As the new People, Culture & Safety Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the business by nurturing the team, fostering engagement, ensuring safety, and aligning with the company's purpose, vision, and strategy.

We'd love it if you also:

  • Know about workplace health and safety regulations and experience in safety policy development.
  • Are proficient in overseeing risk management processes and conducting health and safety audits to assess risk and ensure legislative compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in human resources or a related field and experience in a similar role.

This role is on-site 38 hours/week over 5 days. Your salary will reflect your experience and the skill set you can bring to the role.
