The Cupitt family has been producing handcrafted wines in their winery situated in the hills behind the town of Milton on the pristine NSW South Coast since 2007.
Named after our little Ruby Cupitt, this wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in granite soils in Hilltops, NSW.
Crisp and refreshing, displaying raspberries, mulberries, blackcurrant, and a hint of spice.
The colouring in Ruby's Rosé, you'll find is much lighter in comparison to our Rosie's Rosé. The Cabernet Sauvignon allows minimal skin contact and gives that lighter tasting pallet. Making it the PERFECT summer wine.
We suggest pairing this with an enjoyable summer salad or any of your favourite fresh seafood.
