A Spring Wine Dinner at Bangalay Dining

Co-hosted by Bangalay’s Michelle Bishop and Cupitt’s Libby Cupitt - Part of the NSW Wine Month celebrations

If you love good food, good wine, and a night that feels relaxed but still special, this is one to catch.

As part of NSW Wine Month, Bangalay Dining is hosting a spring wine dinner on Friday 21 November. The evening is co hosted by Michelle Bishop from Bangalay and Libby Cupitt from Cupitt’s Estate. Together, they will guide guests through each wine pairing and share the stories behind the bottles and the menu.

Chef Simon Furley has created a five course tasting menu shaped by the South Coast in spring. The flavours are fresh, bright and built around local produce, with Cupitt’s Estate wines poured to match each course.

This is an intimate night that brings together the two venues’ shared love of coastal dining and thoughtful winemaking.

Spring Lamb Shoulder with Beach Mustard, Sour Cream and Seaweed Sauce

Paired with Luncheon Claret Caroline’s Cabernet Syrah 2022

Strawberry Gelato with Candied Fennel and Olive Oil

Paired with Frozen Ruby’s Rosé
