• 2022 Carolyn’s Cabernet Sauvignon–This was our flagship Cabernet in 22. Dark chocolate, dark berries, dark, charry, sexy oak. Layers of complexity unfold from the inky black, a vinous night flower blooming for the moon.

• 2023 Barbera–This is what we do: Italian varietals with uniquely Aussie expression. Matured in Hungarian oak puncheons, it’s on the richer side of medium-bodied, spicy, with plum and black cherry and excellent length. If you’re normally a Shiraz person, give this bad boy a go.
