From 3 September, we’re opening the Dining Room every Thursday night for Rosie’s French Table. It is a new menu inspired by Rosie Cupitt’s love of France, created together with Executive Chef Ryan Smith.

Rosie’s French Tableis designed to be an easy midweek dinner as much as it is an excuse to make a night of it.

This October long weekend, we’re opening the doors of our historic Cellar Door after hours for a special evening of wine tasting.

Join us onSaturday 3 October between 5pm – 7pmand settle in for a guided tasting of Cupitt’s wines, with the chance to ask questions, hear stories from the vineyard and winery, and discover a few new favourites along the way.

It’s a rare chance to experience the Cellar Door after hours and a lovely way to begin your evening at the Estate.

A Night of Wine, Cheese + Stargazing | 1 hour

Embark on a captivating space journey, vino in hand. Experience this one-of-a-kind stargazing night. Indulge yourself with wine and cheese on arrival under the stars, a stargazing session led by an astronomer and exploration of the Southern Sky - planets, galaxies, stars, constellations and galaxies through the telescope.

This pairs perfectly with an early dinner at 5.45pm in the Dining Room.

Ease into Sunday with The Castaways, an acoustic duo bringing a mix of pop, folk, country, and blues classics to the Wine Garden. Their warm, stripped-back sound sets the perfect tone for a relaxed afternoon.

Sit back with a long lunch, a glass of wine, and great company as you soak up the music and the scenery.

In 2024, she was awarded the NSW Excellence in Women’s Leadership, and in 2025 the Trailblazer Award from Future Women. She is a Companion of the Order of Australia and the author of Don’t Be Too Polite Girls.

Come behind the scenes and taste wines that rarely, if ever, make it to the table. The Winemaker's Table is a long lunch celebrating great food, great wine and the people behind the bottle. The afternoon kicks off with your choice of a glass of bubbly or your first taste of Cupitt's own vermouth and tonic, made with our estate-grown botanicals. From there, you'll join our winemaking team for a small-group tour through the estate, with four wines to taste along the way.

Settle in for a 3-course lunch in the Atrium, with every course thoughtfully paired with Cupitt's wines. And here's the part we don't put on the wine list. We'll be opening the cellar to pour a lineup you won't find anywhere else.

You'll dine alongside our winemakers and the Cupitt's family, hear the stories behind the wines and get the chance to ask questions, taste, chat and see what goes on behind the scenes.
