A Little Taste of France on the South Coast
There's a new reason to visit Cupitt's on a Thursday and that because we're now opening for a very special dinner offering.
From 3 September, we’re opening the Dining Room every Thursday night forRosie’s French Table. It is a new menu inspired by Rosie Cupitt’s love of France, created together with Executive Chef Ryan Smith.
It’s a little taste of France on the South Coast, served the Cupitt’s way.
Inspired by Rosie’s travels
France has long held a special place in Rosie’s heart.
Over years of travelling there, she has eaten her way through its regions, discovering the dishes, wines and simple pleasures that make French dining so memorable - good ingredients, thoughtfully prepared, and meals made to be enjoyed slowly around the table.
Those experiences have influenced Rosie’s approach to food and wine at Cupitt’s since the very beginning.
ForRosie’s French Table, she and Ryan have drawn on some of those memories and flavours to create a Thursday-night menu that feels unmistakably French, while making the most of beautiful seasonal produce and ingredients from our own kitchen garden.
The result isn’t about recreating a French bistro on the South Coast. It’s about taking the things Rosie loves about eating in France and bringing them home to Cupitt’s.
What’s on the table
The menu will change over Spring, but you can expect classic French flavours, generous cooking and plenty of dishes designed for a leisurely evening with a good bottle of wine.

Thursday nights at Cupitt’s
Rosie’s French Tableis designed to be an easy midweek dinner as much as it is an excuse to make a night of it.
Come for two courses and a glass of wine, bring friends and order a few extras for the table, or settle in for all three courses and a bottle to share.
