South Coast Brewers from eight breweries have collaborated on a hazy pale ale, 'Hazy 8'. This is a limited edition beer brewed at Longstocking Brewery by brewers fromLongstocking Brewery,WombatBrewery,Cupitt's Estate Brewery,Dangerous Ales,Broulee Brewhouse,Malt Man BrewingandJervis Bay Brewing Co.this beer was enjoyed by patrons of the 2022South Coast Craft Beer Festivalheld last weekend October 22. It can now be appreciated at the eight participating breweries until this limited beer sells out.

The 'Hazy 8' is currently available at Cupitt's Estate in Ulladulla, and profits from the keg will be donated toSafe Water Community Carein Ulladulla. So far, it has been a hit with the consumers at the Festival, so we recommend getting your hands on some as soon as possible!

Like the name implies, the ‘Hazy 8’ Pale Ale has a cloudy appearance and is brewed with Simcoe, and Mosaic hops has a creamy white head and smooth, soft finish. Tropical and citrus notes abound in aroma and flavour, backed by a soft malt base and low bitterness. The best way to learn more is to pop into one of the breweries and try it.
