Real Wedding - Sarah and Patrick

Set between vineyard views and the South Coast, Sarah and Patrick’s autumn wedding at Cupitt’s Estate was the perfect reflection of everything they love - relaxed, personal, and filled with joy.

Having recently made Mollymook home, choosing Cupitt’s Estate felt like a natural decision. It was already a place woven into their story, having celebrated milestones here before, and offered exactly what they were looking for: incredible food and wine, sweeping views, and the ability for their closest friends and family to stay on-site and share in the full experience.

From the outset, the focus was on creating a day that felt effortless and welcoming. With time to access the venue ahead of the celebration, Sarah and Patrick were able to thoughtfully bring their vision to life through personalised details, custom signage, and playful touches like flip menus that added a sense of fun and personality throughout the space.

Their reception in the Dining Room was intimate and lively, with guests enjoying a seasonal menu before spilling out onto the balcony as the evening unfolded. While the space was full, it only added to the energy - something the couple embraced in order to celebrate with as many loved ones as possible.

A standout feature of the day was the floral styling by Charlotte Brierley, with vibrant pops of pink woven throughout - from deep reds to soft blush tones - beautifully complementing the Estate’s natural greenery and adding a romantic warmth to the autumn setting.

Behind the scenes, the seamless flow of the day allowed Sarah and Patrick to fully relax and soak it all in. “We felt so relaxed because we knew everything was sorted,” Sarah shared. “The day itself couldn’t have gone more smoothly.”

For Clare, Cupitt’s Events Manager, it was a wedding that left a lasting impression. “There was such a magical, joyful energy from the lead-up right through to the day itself,” she said. “They’re the kind of couple you instantly connect with - warm, genuine, and completely smitten.”

Now, as locals, Sarah and Patrick still return to the Estate - each visit a reminder of a celebration that felt entirely their own.
