T&C's & Membership Requirements

Purchase a minimum of 18 bottles per year, through the cellar door, website, or seasonal club.

(Note: Every membership is set up to receive 24 bottles annually, but the commitment is 18 bottles.)

Subscription Management

To skip, amend, or cancel your subscription, use the online portal or email our club manager at clubmanager@cupitt.com.au.

• Members must be 18 years or older.
• Notifications are sent to your nominated email address 10 days prior to order lock dates, charging dates, and shipment dates.

Potential Fees & Charges

• Membership Cancellation Fee:$50 for cancelling within 12 months or before purchasing 18 bottles.
• Late Order Cancellation Fee:$50 if a shipment is cancelled after the lock date and after being charged, to cover merchant refund and shipping return fees.
• Late Order Change Fee:$20 for changing an order after the lock date and before it is packed. Note that some changes may not be possible, and additional fees may apply.
